1、确保全部模具在良好的状态运行。分析并解决生产现场与模具相关的技术和质量问题，保证生产的正常运行。根据模具保养计划确保模具检查和预防性维护保养的执行，确保快速维修的及时性和维修质量。

2、模具需要外部维修服务，主动联系并跟踪协调服务，分析故障原因，与供应商制定维修计划，监控进度和最终验收。

3、检查和控制备件的采购申请与验收，确保备件数量在良好的库存水平，控制模具备件的成本和库存，建立新模具的备件需求。

4、在开发阶段参与并支持模具调试，根据产品质量问题制定模具整改计划，并跟踪整改进度 。协助项目开发阶段移模之后的问题点制定整改及优化方案，直至问题最终关闭。负责模具的验收文件编制并完成最终验收，之后更新模具清单建立维修计划和备件。

5、落实模具区域的5S&安全环境健康相关的要求。

6、指导及培训模具人员改善工作表现，考核模具技术员的绩效，并及时制定绩效偏离时的改善措施，确保绩效的有效达成。

7、模具相关备件、效率、停机等改善的组织实施及生产技术相关成本降低活动的参与。

任职资格

1、高中以上学历

2、5年以上注塑模具行业工作经验

3、精通模具制图软件和办公软件

4、根据生产计划，遵守公司的倒班工作制度

5、有积极主动的解决问题能力，具有团队合作精神，能够在压力下工作
