职位描述
依照市场部下达的订单任务，协调公司内外可用资源，确保生产计划的顺畅和出货的及时；
制定外发加工生产任务单，并跟踪处理，确保生产进度；
对生产效率KPI对应数据的统计、汇总，协同相关部门做改善措施；
配合技术、研发部门，协调生产部，制定试制产品的生产计划，并跟踪落实；
对设备、设施及车间5S做合理规划及安排实施，确保安全生产；
对生产异常品及时安排处理，对产品异常原因初步分析及制定改善对策并安排落实；
对生产原材料每月耗量做管控使用；
对技术员及操作员技能及生产培训的规划、实施；
对车间人员进行阅读考评，并核发月度产量奖金；
10. 协助生产部经理处理车间事务，及上级主管交办事项的落实执行。
