OUR OFFER:

- Take over responsibility for single work packages or work streams in our consulting projects from the very beginning

- Coordinate activities around projects / programs & pro-actively support your project leads in daily tasks and business

- Independently conduct customer, competitor or market analysis & trend scouting for Automotive industry, covering topics areas such as Connected Car, Mobility Services, New Energy Vehicles (incl. Charging Infrastructure, Battery Technology), Autonomous Driving, etc.

- Support project scope & project structure definition, and project plan/ timeline development in close alignment
with your project leads

- Use analysis tools and methodologies on a regular basis, ensure the project knowledge documentations are on a right track

- Plan, coordinate and follow-up project and stakeholder meetings, such as meeting agenda, invitations,

protocol and follow-ups as well as support workshop or interview preparations and documentations

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders, while expanding your
internal and external network

- From day 1, you will be guided by experiences consultants and managers, to ensure a rapid learning curve

YOU:

- You have successfully completed your Bachelor's or Master's studies in Business Administration, Economics, IT & Computer Science, Industrial/Operations Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields

- You have up to 3 years of professional/practical experience in (top) management consulting companies or in the automotive/ICT industry

- Your experience also includes professional time spent in working environments during your studies, such as internships or student consulting associations

- You have a strong interest in innovative topics and technologies in the Automotive or ICT Industry such as Autonomous Driving, Connected Services, Shared Mobility, Electrical Vehicle, Fuel Cell Technology, Software Development, AI, etc.

- You are business fluent in English (speaking & writing); Mandarin, German, Korean, or Japanese is a plus

- You are able to achieve great results with teamwork, but are also very able to work independently with your self-starter mentality

- Business travel is natural for you

- You are highly motivated and committed, flexible, proactive and a quick learner

- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- You have a customer-oriented mindset willing to "go the extra mile"

- You are looking for rapid learning curves and tackle challenges with your solution-oriented mindset

- Your presentations and proposals have a clear train of thought and are well versed using MS Office products
