Key Responsibilities:
collaborate with the CSM, Support and Engineering teams internally
take end-to-end ownership of new features from the support perspective, including training, creating / updating knowledge base articles , and other internal communication
serve as a knowledge hub on features and ensure support issues are resolved meticulously
work with engineering and product teams on escalations and product enhancement requests
create and lead support improvement processes across the company
manage various internal projects, such as: training, ensuring support readiness for new feature releases, etc.
 
Key Requirements:
ability to integrate, test and troubleshoot mobile SDKs (Android/IOS/Unity/React Native). Comfortable with Xcode, Android Studio, and associated mobile troubleshooting tools
familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages (or a similar one): Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby
experience with the mobile ecosystem (Android and iOS)
bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience
experience in customer-facing roles
an independent, self-starter, with a “can-do approach”
experience with technical support / QA / development/ technical account management
advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

Bonus Points:
Experience with large-scale SaaS production services/databases and Good skills on SQL query, Excel and managing data
Web / mobile marketing and digital advertising experience. Have a superb understanding of the market, clients, partners, and technology
Expertise in creating tech documentation writing, managing knowledge databases
