Purpose of the Role:

1. Serve as strategic partner and provide finance expertise in regional strategic planning, operational analysis, new customer & business development and key projects.

2. Oversees all China bakeries’ financial practices including reporting, budgeting, financial planning, internal control, taxation and compliance.

3. Assure resources for the short and long-term for Company‘s plan.

4. Comply with GB policies, providing accurate information on time and reducing financial risk.

5. Provide leadership for bakery level finance team in terms of talent development and team building.

6. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other

functions.

Skill/Experience Requirements:

1. Bachelor and above with Accounting, Finance, Economic or related major, CPA/CFA preferred.

2. At least 10 years' experience in regional finance management role. (Manufacturing industry experience preferred).

3. Demonstrate depth of understanding of US /China GAAP, familiar with accounting, auditing, business & tax regulations.

4. Mastery level in commanding ERP systems, SAP preferred.

5. Keen to work closely with other business functions as an entrusted business partner.

6. Mastery level critical thinking and problem- solving skills required.

7. Excellent oral & written communication skills – concise and precise in thought, verbal and written skills.

8. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with management and cross functional teams, internal and external partners.

9. Superior ability to manage a team with members in different locations.

10. Excellent command of verbal and written English.

11. 15 %-20% regional travel required.
