OUR OFFER:

- Actively drive & take over responsibility for challenging client projects or projects modules with multiple work streams, internal and external stakeholders and divisions

- Consult with decision makers and leaders in national and international project setups in the challenging mega trend areas such as Connected Car, Mobility Services, New Energy Vehicles (incl. Charging Infrastructure, Battery Technology, Fuel Cell Techn.), Autonomous Driving, Smart Data

- Execute projects from concept to implementation phase, in the areas such as strategy definition, market entry & market scaling, transformation & change, organizational development, operational readiness, product definition, partnering models, etc.

- Drive the development of concepts & strategies regarding emerging technologies & products

- Invest time and effort to become a thought leader in a broad array of technologies and their implications on the mobility industry

- Contribute to the internal development of concepts, methods, tools & products for continuous knowhow expansion and the expansion of intellectual capital of umlaut

- Plan, conduct and moderate client and stakeholder meetings & workshops in leading role

- Guide & coach Junior project members and interns during project execution

- Quickly build up project-, stakeholder- & client network and learn to maintain long-term relationships

- Proactively identify new business growth opportunities and support acquisitions process from proposal till pitch phase in close cooperation with your manager or partner

- Actively support in the creation of whitepapers and congress papers for future automotive topics

YOU:

- You have successfully completed your Bachelor, Master or MBA studies in Business, Economics, Industrial/Operations Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields

- You bring at a minimum 4 years of professional experience in top management consulting company or ICT/automotive industry

- You have several years of work experience in the Automotive or ICT Industry working with OEMs and Tier1/2s or you have previous experience in a top management consulting company

- You are business fluent in English (speaking & writing); Mandarin, German, Korean, or Japanese is a big plus, as well as strong presentation skills

- You are a team player but also an independent thinker

- You have a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset

- You have a customer-oriented mindset willing to "go the extra mile"

- You have expertise in specific business areas/buzz topics such as Autonomous Driving, Connected Mobility, Electrical Vehicle, Shared Mobility, Fuel Cell Technology, etc.

- Proven knowledge and skills through relevant certificate(s) (e.g. Scrum, PMP)

- You are highly motivated, committed, flexible, proactive and as well a quick learner

- Business travel is natural for you

- Flexibility to work abroad for a shorter or longer period of time
