任职要求： 1.Technical education with a university degree and wrok experience within project management within project development
2.Minimum 3 years in Project Management, preferably in product development of metal forming products
3.At least 7 years of work experience in manufacturing in relevant industry
4.Engineering design experience of press tools preferred
5.Strong technical background in manufacturing, preferably in metal and stamped components
6.Good command of MS-office software, CAD
7.Fluent English both in oral & written
8.Time and resource planning
9.Good coordination skills, ability to motivate others to achieve goals
10.Be able to run projects independently, yet also able to work as an active team player
11.Open and informal style
12.Easy to communicate and co-operate across functions as well as national borders
13.Experience from working in a matrix project organization is a plus

职位职责： Be a member of the global Project Office group at Research & Development in Suzhou, China and report to the R&D Manager in Sweden. Lead new product development (NPD) projects in cross-functional project teams which cover Research & Development, Sales & Marketing and Operations. Lead/participate in the development and improvement of systems and processes relating to the product development and improvement of existing products.
