Field Application Engineer –Shanghai / Suzhou


Job Description

？ To drive design in and product promotional activities for the sales region
？ Develop market strategy and identify new business opportunities to achieve continuous growth
？ Conduct regular seminars and training with customers and related employees.
？ Provide technical advice and assistance to the sales forces including quality issues.



Requirement

？ Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
？ Minimum 3 years working experience in hardware design and PCB layout.
？ Working experience of Field application engineer is strongly preferred.
？ Experience in EMC/inductors passive components is an added advantage.
？ With proven track record in ability of performing design in supports to customers in the region
？ Must posses strong leadership skill , self motivated, result-oriented person
？ Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
？ Proficiency in English and Mandarin
？ Willingness to travel frequently in Eastern China regions （30%～50%）

工作职责
？ 在销售区域内推广产品，获取更多的销售机会；
？ 针对客户应用做产品市场分析，协助制定公司业务发展策略；
？ 为客户和公司同事提供技术培训；
？ 为销售团队提供技术支持，包括质量投诉。

要求
？ 电子工程或相关专业本科及以上学历（含本科）；
？ 至少3年的硬件开发和PCB布线经验；
？ 有技术支持工作经验的优先考虑；
？ 有EMC经验和电感类被动元器件应用经验者尤佳；
？ 有能力在销售区域内为客户设计提供支持；
？ 很强的自我管理能力，有热情，有目标；
？ 优秀的口头和书面表达能力，良好的演讲能力；
？ 中英文流畅；
？ 愿意在华东区域内出差（出差频率30%～50%）
