Major responsibilities:

- Keep and update personal files and HR records for staff

- Recruitment, selection and appraisal and resignation processing

- Assist in making annual training plan and responsible for its implementation

- Assist in development and implementation of HR related policies

- Handling labor relation, claims and compensation

- Answer routine personnel inquiries, and maintain appraisal and job description files

- Handling HR monthly reports

- Assistant to organize business events and activities.

- Fulfill other work assigned by direct supervisor.

Requirements:
- College's degree or above in human resource management or equivalent
- Over 3 years experience in human resources and 1 year in administration in preferred
- Familiarity with human resources systems, process and practices
- Good command of English and MS office software application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)

- Energetic team spirit
