Major Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update quality management systems, improve the operation of ISO9001 system.
2. Monitor quality activities and improve effectiveness of management systems.
3. Implement Group strategic management system - GACTIME.
4. Assist direct manager to lead and energize teams to achieve business goals.
5. Document control and record retention
6. Draft new / update SOPs
7. Organize QA orientation training programs for staff and enhance the quality awareness within the
organization.
8. Set up local quality systems in branch offices.
9. Fulfill other work assigned by direct manager.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English
3. Good command of MS office software application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
4. Minimum 5-years experience in starting up, implementing and executing QMS processes, logistics background and lead auditor qualification is preferred.
5. High enthusiasm and devotion, work hard and earnest
6. Willing to work under pressure and self-inspiring and travel to branches to set up quality management locally.
7. Be honest and open, excellent interpersonal communication skill, ability of collaboration.
8. Innovating with good independent working ability.
9. Energetic team spirit
