主要工作职责：

◆ 负责组织和监督质量检验专员按照配方、规格书、Artwork 、图纸等技术文件和质量检验指导书的要求对OEM/CMO代工供应商的成品在出货前进行检验，确保出货产品的质量。

Responsible for organizing and monitoring the QC inspection activties for finished products which are manufactured by OME/CMO suppliers before the product release for shipment in accordance with formulation, product specification, artwork, drawings these technical documents and quality inspection instructions to ensure the product quality prior to shipping to customers.

◆ 负责统筹分配检验资源，配合公司的验货和出货需求。

Responsible for coordinating and allocating inspection resources to meet the company's inspection and delivery requirements

◆ 负责组织质量检验专员对供应商的样品按照产品开发部或者英国总部的要求进行样品检验。

Responsible for organizing and monitoring inspecting the samples in accordance with PD or UK team’s requirement

◆ 负责持续改进质量检验团队的工作流程和方法，提高检验工作的质量和效率

Responsible for the continuous improvement of QC inspection work to promote the working quality and efficiency for inspection.

◆ 负责对质量检验团队工作业绩进行评价和考核，不断提升质量检验团队的绩效。

Responsible for monitoring and assessing QC inspection team’s performance, continually improve the performance of QC inspection team.

◆ 负责对质量检验团队进行技能和知识培训，持续提高质量检验团队的工作知识和技能。

Responsible for the skills training for QC inspection team to improve the knowledge and skills of QC inspection team.

◆ 负责参与评审产品检验指导书等检验相关文件和程序

Participate in the preparation of product inspection instructions and other inspection related documents and procedures

◆ 负责审核检验记录并确保检验信息及时输入统计表格或系统。

Responsible for reviewing inspection records and ensuring timely input of inspection information into statistical forms or systems

◆ 必要时协助质量检验团队的检验工作和协助总部的相关的工作。

Assist the QC inspection team’s work or support for UK team.

资格要求:

◆ 本科及以上学历，化学、生物、制药、无纺布材料、机械、机电一体化等相关专业。

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, non-woven material, mechanics, mechatronics or related

◆ 5年以上驻厂验货人员管理，有制药、湿巾、消毒剂、化妆品、医疗器械行业驻厂检验人员管理经验优先。

At least 5 years management experience of on-site QC inspectors, experience in pharmaceutical, wet wipes, disinfectant, cosmetics, medical equipment or automobile industry is preferred

◆ 熟悉ISO9001、 ISO13485、 GMP或GMPC质量体系标准或者法规。

Familiar with ISO9001, ISO13485, IATF16949, GMP, GMPC, etc.

◆ 熟悉无纺布材料，湿巾，消毒剂或者化妆品生产工艺, 拥有洁净室，理化检验、微生物检验相关知识优先。

Familiar with non-woven material, wet wipes, disinfectant or cosmetic manufacturing process.

Knowledge about clean room, analytic test and microbiology test is preferred.

◆ 了解QC 七大手法，良好的质量意识，细心、认真负责且原则性强。

Basic knowledge about quality tools, good quality awareness, careful, responsible and with principle

◆ 能够适应频繁出差到OEM/CMO代工供应商监督或者支持检验工作。

Able to frequently travel to or stay at OEM/CMO supplier’s factory for product inspection and also the overtime for inspection while necessary.

◆ 基本的英语说写能力，能够阅读英文资料以及进行基本的英文沟通。

Basic ability of spoken and written English, able to read English and communicate by English.

◆ 良好的沟通协调能力以及团队合作精神。

Excellent communication and coordination skills and team player.

◆ 能够使用计算机及常用的办公软件及邮箱。

Good command at Microsoft office and outlook.

◆ 拥有C1驾驶证

Possess the C1 driving license.
