Purpose：
As a HR member, responsible for recruitment and training daily operation. Support line manager to meet the human needs of business by hiring qualified manpower and conducting various learning and development programmes to address key skill gaps.

Key Responsibilities：
Recruitment: based on HC request plan, find the right persons by participating in the recruitment process, discusses staffing needs with line managers, screens applications, and conducts interviews.
Recruitment: internally establish a systematic recruitment operation process, and organize each department to do the job analysis and complete each job description to improve hiring quality and evaluation system
On boarding procedure: Well arrange new employee on boarding and follow up on the job training by working together with each department.
Training & development: conduct training needs investigation and analysis and make the annual training and people development plan; based on annual training and development plan, well execute each training and learning activities; effectively evaluate the effectiveness and make the continuous improvement.
Others assigned by line manager.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, management, psychology, etc.
At least 3 years working experience in recruitment & learning field.
Recruitment and training working experience in multi-national companies before
Successful training or development program launched and well delivered before
Structured and logical thinking
Good communication skills
Have a good command of oral and written English.
Self-motivated.
