Job Responsibilities:

l  Prepare and evaluate corporate policy so that it will be in accordance with the related laws and regulations;

    

l  Support internal investigations where necessary;

    

l  Provide legal trainings internally on compliance and other legal topics;

    

l  Assist in license approval and registration, maintaining/ collecting AOA and other legal documents of corporate;

    

l  Manage/ attend litigation/ arbitration;

    

l  Draft and review contracts and provide legal advice;

    

l  Assist business units with projects (M&A & others) and transactions.
