Job description
Support, co-ordinate and monitor the sales process and progress of orders.
Support the sales man in sales administration work
Actively inform customers about our products and do marketing and sales via telephone, mail, email etc
Continuously, together with the salesman, review and update the Forecast List (FCL)
Prepare for, book, maintain and follow orders, including pre-payments and invoicing, as defined in the process guidelines
Answer customer telephone queries with respect to orders, deliveries and prices.
Handle claims, investigate and take appropriate action including arranging the return of faulty or damaged items and the arranging of credit notes.
Maintain - together with BL Marketing- customer specific price lists.
Collate any other information required by the customer or sales engineers related to orders, deliveries and prices.
Liaise with internal departments and service branches (purchase, project department/ACA, service, and logistics, PTD) to expedite customer orders on time.
Handle and follow up local purchase orders for smaller projects
Mission
To provide administrative support to the sales team by efficient and accurate administration activities.
Experience requirements
3+ years experience in an sales administration position in industrial product manufacturers or trading company
Knowledge
Sound knowledge on SAP system, SAP logistic and order process module experience are considered as advantages
