Responsibilities 岗位职责

-Collect and receive sale orders from salesman, agency and distributor. Manage the orders and keep record;

收集并接收来自于销售人员，代理和经销商的订单。整理公司订单并归档管理；

-Internal coordination with sale, purchase and production department to confirm the efficient production plan to meet customers’ requirement;

进行与销售，采购及生产部门的内部沟通，确定有效的生产计划以满足客户需求;

-Contact the external transportation companies and internal warehouse to arrange the order dispatch;

联系外部物流公司及内部仓库安排发货；

-Carry out sale accounting together with financial department and provide relative reports. 与财务部门一起进行销售汇总，提供相关汇总报告。

Requirements 任职资格:

- Bachelor degree or above;

- Supply chain/ logistics work experience is preferred

有供应链或者物流工作经验的优先考虑

本科学历及以上；

- Strong adaptability and team work spirit, down to earth and willing to learn;

较强的适应力和较好的团队协作精神，脚踏实地，积极上进；

- Good English communication both in verbal and written;

较好的英文书写和沟通能力；
- Familiar with operating office software.

熟练使用办公软件。
