Mission   

 1)    Part of the management team in Blades factory LIN, one of the key contributors working with all types of stakeholders such as plant manager, management teams etc. 

 2)    Lead controlling team of LIN to secure successful commercial and controlling execution of SGRE’s business strategy and business performance target in LIN. 

 3)    Drive best-in-class commercial, controlling, accounting and reporting activities by setting up proper internal processes with close monitoring and control, to make sure all business executed in line with legal, tax, compliance, IFRS, RIC and SGRE company Guidelines, policies and requirements.   

 Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:   

 1)    Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to meet internal and external requirements, analyze and interpret operating results and provide value-added inputs to management. 

 2)    Act as a business partner to drive management reporting and analysis to support business decisions. 

 3)    Be responsible for implementation of appropriate controls to manage business and ensures there is a strong operational control environment to safeguard assets and to improve operations, profitability and Free Cash Flow. 

 4)    Provide analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost saving and productivity opportunities.  

 5)    Formulate, manage and implement economic, financial standard and procedures in LIN to meet with the requirement of risk control in alignment with standards of the SGRE Group.   

 Responsibilities:   

 1)    Ensure implementation of Controlling policies, guidelines and standards, and adapt related procedures and processes 

2)    Coordinate budget planning processes, prepare and consolidate budget planning and derive respective forecasts 

3)    Ensure preparation and consolidation of financial statements and financial performance reporting for business accountable management 

 4)    Ensure analyses, preparation and reviews of critical investments and expenditures, closings, and provide reporting for all stakeholders 

 5)    Analyze regularly relevant Key Performance indicators, and provide reports, comments and recommendation 

 6)    Manage the finance and controlling team in Lingang, which consists of 4-6 colleagues 

 7)    Build up different scenarios to support growth strategy as well as preparation in case of losing business 

 8)    Share knowledge with commercial teams and adapt to future requests              

Qualification Required   

1. University Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar and several years of professional experience in Controlling and/or Finance.  Oversea education background preferred and MBA is a plus.
2. Over 10 years of financial experience and therein over 5 years above management experience in the international company.  Experience of large serial-oriented international enterprise in the management position in the finance and controlling area.   Team experience with multi-nationalities is a plus.
3. Extensive understanding of forecasting, reporting and budgeting processes and tools.
4. Manufacturing experience in an international environment is preferred.
5. Knowledge in supporting IT tools, including Office 365 and Salesforce, SAP RBP.
6. Awareness and appreciation of other cultures and customs.
7. Analytics and Logic skills in addition to the ability to work within a team and independently.
8. Being a fast learner and willingness to engage.
9. Good communication and inter-person skills, and excellent English in both oral and written is a must.
