Position: HSE Manager
Location:Tianjin

Key Responsibilities:
? Be responsible for EHS management for plant site.
? Connect with regional HSE function, and set up HSE objectives, KPI and management strategy.
? Work out and improve HSE manual and HSE instructions.
? Organize assessment to identify critical HSE factors and risks.
? To overall supervise the running of EHS system, especially focus on leading the implementation of the PSM (Process Safety Management) program in the plant. (Remark: the PSM including 13 items: ? Employee Participation; PSI; PHA; Operating Procedures; Employee Training; Contractor Management; PSSR; MI; Hot Work i.e. Non-routine Work Authorizations; MOC; TapRoot Incident Investigation; Emergency Planning and Response; Compliance Audits.).
? Communicate with local related government department.
? Act as a coordinator for HSE committee.
? Implement safety plan and develop and manage a shareable data base regarding safety, environment control, and damage-loss prevention.
? Measure and monitor contractors safety performance and Follow up accident/incident.
? Prepare, organize or conduct EHS trainings for employees and contractors.
? Fulfill other responsibilities assigned by the managers.

Qualification:
? Have bachelor degree, safety engineering or relevant major.
? At least 5 years EHS working experience in chemical company operation or maintenance work.
? Be able to keep close contact with relevant government units.
? Have Cross-function coordination capability, good communication skill and excellent Personal skill.
? Be able to keep close contact with relevant government units.
? Have teaching skill to clearly delivery the safety requirement and awareness to contractor's workers.
? Written and spoken English & Mandarin proficiency.
