1.Make clear the SHE testing items, targets, testing period and regulative testing/analyzing method.
2.According to the problems happened during the company production, activity and service, SHE department should take the effective actions promptly and provide the corrective
actions in case the happening of accident.
3.Prevent the happening of non-standard actions through searching,analyzing and removing the non-standard evidences during the running of safe, healthy and environmental management system so as to optimize the management, have the economic operation and continuous improvement of management system.
