? Establishes efficient process of Final Compilation and Handover of ABD in a full compliance with applicable Project requirements and Russian Regulations
? Establishes proper tracking and reporting tools in order to ensure visibility of the work front and reached progress
? Ensures all SUBCONRACTORs and CONTRACTOR ABD Clerks are following applicable requirements for compilation of ABD (Originals and PDF Scan Copies, burned on DVD)
? Supports process of COMPANY review of Finally compiled ABD in order to ensure further timely incorporation of applicable comments, related to completeness
? Establishes proper Handover to CONTRACTOR DCC of Finally compiled ABD (approved by COMPANY) for further official transmittal to COMPANY Archive
? Ensures SUBCONTRACTOR and CONTRACTOR ABD compilation teams are timely supported by relevant resources, required for Final compilation of ABD (folders, binders, archive boxes, DVDs, scanners, printers, etc.). Notify management of nonconforming conditions, including corrective and preventive actions, resolutions.
? Reports to As-Built Documentation Coordinator in terms of Final Compilation and Handover of ABD progress
? Collaborates with CONTRACTOR Lead As-Built Engineers and Field Engineering (Avtorsky Nadzor) team

Experience:
? Five (5+), or more years of Field/ As-Built Documentation Experience
? Experience in Final Compilation and Handover of ABD to CLIENT
? Ability to read and understand construction drawings, procedures and specifications required
? Knowledge of applicable Russian Regulations


Qualification:
? Bachelor Degree in Engineering disciplines
? Good communication & problem solving skills
? Required Education and Training: Graduate of a university or similar technical school closely relevant to curriculum
