注：该职位为外包岗位，合同期为6个月，有续签和转正机会。福利待遇与正式员工一致。

Key Responsibilities:

Payment

- Upload the payment instruction to e-banking

- Proceed non-electronic payment (such as Cheque / T&T etc.)

- Cash management

- FX settlement and conversion

Reporting:

- Prepare weekly liquidity report and analysis on movement

- Consolidate monthly Cash flow forecast and actual by products

- Review and follow up bank reconciliation sheet on monthly basis

- POS transactions statistics for all products by month with analysis

Daily Operation:

- Download bank statement and collect bank slips for other accounting functions

- Check the payment/revenue’s status for clients (internal and external)

- Proceed Corporate card application

- Work closely with other finance functions for cash movement booking

- Other assignments by line manager

Banking relationship:

- Negotiate with banks for better service and better quotations

- Set up good relationship with banks in terms of operation, pricing, new product, latest policy, etc.

- Cooperate with banks for feasible solutions to meet the business request (i.e. instalment POS with card or non-card, e-payment and others)

Requirement:

-2 years cashier experience in the related industry field;

-Good understanding on B2C business module and related operation.

-Self-motivated and able to solve challenges with flexibilities and creativity.

-Fluent in written English.

-Good communication skills is must
