1. Answer the technical questions regarding to Metso drawings and specification from Supplier side or inside by communication with the global technical supporters.

2. Identify different kinds of technical problems and recommend corrective actions for the providing parts to Customers and the liaison to the sales service team for technical purpose.

3. Support for inquiries from other global CLs for technical issues and for supplier claims when technical problem happening.

4. Give advice for parts storage, package and transportation for security.

5. To train CL staff about the parts knowledge for better business handling.

6. Technical information and document Management.

7. Deal with customer complain, and customer goods return goods stock analysis, and provide suggestion to buyer.

           

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering related field,
• Minimum 5 years Metal material or mineral processing, automation control experiences.
• SAP user and be familiar with MS tools for reporting.
