Position: Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking

Internal Grade: SO-VP

Location: Tianjin

Report to: GM of Tianjin Branch/Head of Corporate Banking-HQ

Responsibilities:

l Responsible for initiating, developing and maintaining corporate/SOE banking relationships with clients

l Responsible for enlarging customer base and growing higher business volume for existing customers

l Responsible for evaluation and analysis of all due diligence reports and findings, credit evaluation, preparation of credit reports

l To maintain good public relations with potential and existing clients, other professional parties, other banks and relevant authorities

l To lead, supervise and motivate the Relationship Officer in achieving the overall KPI set by management

Requirements:

l Bachelor degree from a recognized university

l Minimum 5-6 years credit marketing experience for corporate/SOE clients

l Good interpersonal and communication skills

l Strong sense of responsibility, leadership and people management skills

l Fluent spoken and written English is a plus
