天津招聘

1、负责工程部日常运营以及设备维护工作，组织并管理工程部运行值班人员；

2、负责物业相关的维修检修工程的计划和实施，以及设施设备紧急情况的处理及施救工作；

3、总结预防性维修计划，如运行和维修实践、制定和审定设备、设施及建筑装潢等。更新4、改造计划 且督促执行，保证院区设施不断完善，始终处于正常、完好状态；

5、负责工程部的节支运行、跟踪、控制所有水、电、气等的消耗并严格控制维修费用，保证院区***限度的节能、节支；

6、负责协调和院区相关的市政工程等业务部门的关系，以获得良好的外部环境；

7、协调班组工作, 配合搞好消防、安全工作。

任职资格：

1、 对工程项目管理知识、行业法律法规熟悉和了解；

2、 吃苦耐劳、工作认真负责，具有很强的动手能力、分析和解决问题的能力，较强的协调能力；

3、 具备3年以上相关行业的工作经验。
