Responsibilities :  

Proactively source and develop residential, commercial or mixed use project opportunities

Develop business opportunities with clients like institutional investors, financial institutions and domestic enterprises

Provide superior sales services to clients

Participate in project marketing and manage the process thoroughly 

Perform any other sales management and administrative responsibilities as required.

Bachelor degree or Master degree in Real Estate, Finance, Marketing or Economics

At least 3 years of experience in finance, asset management or real estate investment

Strong social network with clients 

Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills

Fluent in Mandarin and English
