岗位职责：

1、负责相关安全团队统筹管理工作，持续保持队伍人员业务技能达标，队伍稳定；

2、制定安全管理团队的目标规划和工作计划，确保管理目标落地并验证；

3、落实安全和消防工作的制度要求，对日常工作进行监控和督促；

4、按要求建立区域内紧急和突发安全事件的处理机制和组织；

5、检查管理人员在岗工作状况，检查安防、消防设施。

6.与客户建立良好的工作关系，与大物业建立定期联络机制确保车辆通行及安全协调顺畅；

7.完成公司交办的其它工作任务。

任职要求：

1. 五年以上大型物业安保团队管理经验，互联网项目背景优先考虑，跨地区职场管理经验2年+，希望年龄在35岁左右，175以上，无违法犯罪记录和纹身；

2. 具备良好的沟通，统筹及协调能力，突发事件处理经验和能力，熟悉安保管理全流程，具备独立完成安保需求支持的能力;

3. 具备基础的英文听说能力、office操作熟练;
