Primary Purposes of Position:

Team leader of a 3 members’ section (2 direct reporting);

Ensure marketing & medical and general & administration account booking accurately and timely;

Draft main part (marketing & medical and general & administration variance analysis) of quarterly commentary letter required by Intercompany;

Ensure the correct bank payment;

Main Duties to be performed:

1. Supervise the wok of marketing & medical cost booking

― Ensure accurate and timely account booking of marketing & medical cost;

― Marketing & medical expense Vs budget/forecast analysis;

2. Personally book general & administration cost

―Ensure accurate and timely account booking of the headquarters of the administrative departments;

― Headquarters administrative department expense Vs budget/forecast analysis;

3. Draft main part(marketing & medical and general & administration variance analysis) of quarterly commentary letter required by Intercompany

― Analyse the variance of actual Vs last year Vs budget Vs latest forecast;

― Point out the main variance in proper written English;

4. Ensure the correct bank payment

― Daily payment for an audit of banks;

― Daily audit of bank accounts;

― Ensure the security of the financial assets;

― Check iSAP system with bank statements on a regular basis;

5. Development of the team

― Coach the team members in daily work;

― Draft and implement the personal development plan of the members;
