1. Responsibility

1.1.  Process and Performance improvement

1) Analyze QC (Quality Controls), complaint and deviation trends with multiple variables including suppliers, defect types, product categories etc. to identify improvement opportunities

2) Work with key stake holders to establish and meet their analytic needs and the analytic needs of the organization

3) Gather and manage quality data across all supply chain for reporting and analytics

4) Develop actionable dashboards and reports to support the QC Operations

5) Suggest and lead process improvement initiatives addressing gaps

6) Execute the various outcome and predictive analytic studies that improves the performance of suppliers and overall QC operations

7) Management, maintenance, and design of integration strategies regarding eligibility and empanelment including data quality, reporting and retention initiatives.

8) Help the organization implement technology solutions, including managing the requirements of a project or program and communicating progress clearly to all stakeholders’ levels

9) Recommendation of action plans to the QC and Medline Corporate Quality to improve key performance indicators

1.2. Customer/ Stakeholder management

1) Creates positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives

2) Ensure proper socialization and understanding of system initiatives

3) Support Change Management, ensure appropriate plan are in place to drive changes efficiently

4) Work with key stakeholders to ensure initiatives are prioritized and aligned with the Shanghai Office and Corporate Quality goals and objectives

1.3. Project Management

1) Apply project management and methodology standards

2) Define project scope, objectives, stakeholders, roles & responsibilities in collaboration with key stakeholders

3) Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders of the trend data and improvement plans

4) Other projects or duties as assigned.

  

2. Required Skills and Experience

1) Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of related experience

2) Previous experience with data analysis is strongly preferred

3) High-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes

4) Very good knowledge of information systems and technology trend

5) Problem-solving aptitude

6) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English

7) Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills with all levels of employees, management and customer

8) Proficient in Microsoft Office.

9) Be able to work in a multi-task environment, have strong sense of urgency and excellent time management;

10) Maintain confidentiality well.
