List of Job Responsibilities-

  

• Utilize project and test plans created by Corporate Divisional Quality Assurance (DQA) Engineer to coordinate testing/collection of documents to fill in Device Master Records (DMR), design control files and product specifications.

• After DQA approval, upload all documents to shared folders

• Assist DQA in compiling and maintaining product specifications

• Coordinate and monitor biocompatibility, phthalate and stability tests at approved labs

• Perform product performance testing per standards

• Coordinate with available resources to perform packaging, sterilization and manufacturing validations

• Drive key quality initiatives such as supplier corrective and preventive actions and process improvement as a result of customer complaints and non-conformances.

• Manage calibrations for equipment supplied to suppleirs.

   

                  

Job Requirements:

  

 

  

• BS degree preferred

• Responsible, hands-on experience in some of the following areas: Quality Assurance with Medical Devices/OTC Drugs/Cosmetics.

• Detail oriented and good analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written English is a must.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Infomed complaint systems a plus.

• Professional attitude with a heightened sense of urgency to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Ability to travel about 5%
