Job responsibilities

• Transfer existing and develop new product inspection requirements and product specifications within a digital quality management system. Products include but are not limited to medical devices, drugs, cosmetics and commodities used in global markets

• Manage the change requests associated with product inspection requirements and product specifications within a digital quality management system.

• Standardize and combine criteria to streamline product inspection process              

• Work with field inspectors in Asia as well as communicate with overseas (US, Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand) divisional quality specialists on product inspection requirements and product specifications.

• System permission application and management

• Training to teammates and inspectors if necessary

• Support on establishing and optimizing procedure, template, manual and documentation related to digital quality management system

• Revise mistake in complete report raised by inspectors

The following qualifications are required

• Excellent written English vocabulary and grammar proficiency

• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing English text.

• High level of proficiency with identify spelling errors and grammatical mistakes

• Highly organized and excellent analytical abilities

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Bachelor’s degree in a field that requires a high amount of written English proficiency.

The following qualifications are desired but not required:

• Science and engineering background

• Experience with FDA regulations

• Working knowledge of ANSI sampling plans and AQL’s

• Lean/Six sigma experience
