职位描述
Job Responsibilities :
1. To organize and to manage China Development team daily operations
2. To form and to monitor Developer's and Coster's working schedules
3. To build and to launch merchandising and costing SOP (standard operation procedures) systems in SE Category in China
4. Continually drive merchandising and costing processes improvement. Establish and enforce SOP across all brands and divisions
5. To establish effective communication between HQ - OSO
6. To build loyal, mutually beneficial business models with factories through collaboration and teamwork based on Sportmaster standards
7. To form and to monitor Sample Production Schedule (SPS), including lab-dip schedule
8. To build a transparent, fact-based and consistent costing and merchandising platform for the responsible brands or categories. Focus on products and customers to drive optimization of price /value ratio
9. To know how to set up the Bill Of Materials & computerized of cost sheet
10. To know the cost structure of China factories
11. To prepare detailed conceptual cost estimates at the design concept stage (precosting)
12. To form and to check CBD (cost breakdowns) for developing products
13. To take part in CBD confirmation process together with HQ Product Managers
14. To identify cost impacts of proposed design changes to ensure cost-effectiveness
15. To prepare regular analytical reports including cost analysis, liabilities costing and value engineering
16. To assist Head Office Senior Management in solving product development, costing, sourcing problems
17. To complete all additional tasks appointed by CEO of the company / Director of Production Division / Country Manager China / Head of SE Production Dept HQ
18. To provide weekly reporting to Head of SE Production Dept HQ
19. To provide monthly reporting to CEO of the company / Country Manager China
20. Knowledge and understanding of the Asian market of fabric, PVC, steel, alluminium, bikes components, will be an advantage
Requirements:
?Major in technical or management
?Successful experience in managing (supervising more than 10 people) for more than 3 years.
?Experience in product development in terms of samples production, merchandising and costing. Experience in sourcing is a plus.
?Fluent in English. Russian language knowledge is add-value
?Familiar with office software including excel, word, ppt etc
?Technical Higher Education, Management University degree is also possible
?Excellent analytical and structuring skills. Market analysys.
?Good negotiations skills
?Strong in time management and problem solving
?Ability to be a Leader
?Team player and quick learner
?Readiness for business trips
