职位描述
Job Responsibilities
1.To organize and to manage Shenzen office team daily operations
2.To form and to monitor Shenzen Office staff working schedules
3.To build strong Shenzhen Office Team
4.To establish effective integration between SE QC and Development Teams in OSO
5.To actively participate in setting up Shenzhen office (office arrangements, office registration, business license, fitting out, filling up staff vacancies etc)
6.To prepare Shenzhen office budget
7.To prepare accounts for both local authorities and company financial department
8.To ensure cash flow control
9.To build and to launch Product development SOP (standard operation procedures), including costing, sourcing, merchandising systems in SE Category in China
10.Continually drive QC and Product development processes improvement. Establish and enforce SOP across all brands and divisions
11.To establish effective communication between OSO-HQ Moscow
12.To build loyal, mutually beneficial business models with suppliers through collaboration and teamwork based on Sportmaster standards
13.To build transparent, fact-based and consistent product development and QC platforms
for the responsible brands or categories. Focus on products and customers to drive optimization of price /value ratio
14.To enlarge sourcing supply base according to Head Office requirements
15.To prepare regular (on montly base) analytical China market reports about sports equipment category including raw materials data, suppliers data, retailers data, last news etc
16.To assist Head Office Senior Management in solving product development, costing, sourcing problems
17.To complete all additional tasks appointed by CEO of the company / Director of Production Division / Country Manager China / Head of SE Production Dept HQ
18.To provide weekly reporting to Head of SE Production Dept HQ
19.To provide monthly reporting to CEO of the company / Country Manager China
20.Knowledge and understanding of the Asian market of fabric, PVC, steel, alluminium, bikes components, will be an advantage
Requirements:
1.Major in technical or management
2.Successful experience in managing (supervising more than 30 people) for more than 3 years.
3.Experience in product development in Trading or Retail or Wholesale Company, or at Factory. Experience in QC field is an add-value.
4.Technical Higher Education, Management University degree is also possible
5.Fluent in English. Russian language knowledge is add-value
6.Familiar with office software including excel, word, ppt etc
7.Excellent analytical and structuring skills
8.Good presentation and negotiations skills
9.Strong interpersonal skills to be a Leader
10.High level of Problem solving/Decision making
11.High level of Personal organization/Time Management
12.Readiness for business trips
13.Candidate can be Chinese or oversea people
