Position: Operation Manager, Tianjin Branch

Report to: Deputy General Manager / General Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. To assist line manager in control of branch operations
2. To check supporting documents and control settlement processing
3. Responsible for preparing/checking the periodic and ad-hoc reports to HO and local authorities.
4. Responsible for support and timeliness in delivery of backroom services to business development department
5. To lead, train team members for achieving the agreed KPI, which will include project goals, operation effectiveness and cost efficiency etc
6. To maintain good public relations with existing client, professional parties and relevant authorities.
7. To ensure compliance with proper internal control procedures and requirement of PBOC/SAFE and other external authorities pertaining to branch back office daily operations
8. To assist line manager in achieving satisfactory result in internal & external audit review.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree from reputable university
2. Minimum 8 years relevant work experiences in Branch's Foreign Currency and RMB business operations and/or experiences working in either Credit Admin or Treasury Settlements or Trades & Remittances, etc
3. Good understanding of operational risks.
4. Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements and international banking practices.
5. Logical mind with strong analytical abilities
6. Good spoken and written English.
7. Good PC skills
