Responsibilities:
1. Business development for key Siebel/CRM opportunities.
2. Project delivery leadership for key Siebel/CRM engagements.
Required Skills:
1. Solid Siebel CRM presale experience with strong Auto, Retail or Consumer Goods background.
2. 4-6+ Years solid project management experience.
3. CRM application functional domain expertise in Sales, Service, Marketing, Loyalty, Customer Master, etc.
4. Hands-on Siebel business analysis and configuration expertise.
5. Solid consulting skills; Business acumen and trusted advisor for both business and IT client stakeholders.
6. Above 3-5 years of Siebel CRM Implementation and Consulting experiences.
7. Strategy and Transformation skills is preferred.
8. Exposure to multi-national cultures, preferred.

Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in Siebel
English: Intermediate
Chinese simplified: Fluent
