北京外企FESCO代某世界500强IT公司招聘市场专员Communications Specialist -020111

Roles & Responsibilities：

1. Internal Communications –

· Support to facilitate the alignment with corp CSS team on communication messages and tactics.

· Play an advisory role to local teams when disseminating communication messages and guidelines from corp teams.

· Help draft announcement on major initiatives, organizational change and relevant executive communications.

2. Communications to external audience –

· Assist with strategic counsel and execution to enhance the communications with external audience, ensure the compliance of policies.

· Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to evangelize the service value, impact of key initiatives through various Microsoft channels.

· Support on the development of case study, win stories, etc. to amplify the impact of service & support to customers and partners in the region.

· Assist on executive communications to external audience under various occasions.

3. Maintain public and media relations –

· Assist with execution of sustaining and ad hoc media relations activities to fosterrelations with target media and develop key messages to the public via them.

· Support to conduct media audit/research and provide strategic input on the organization’s positioning and key business initiatives.

4. Maintain internal communications vehicles –

· Partnership with team members to collect and develop news entries to regular update and release communication vehicles on time.

· Regular update on organization key facts, messages for communication documents

· Maintain organization internal portal with regular update.

Qualifications:

1. Extensive (2+ years) experience in corporate communications at agency side or client side with proven track record. Bachelor’s degree required.

2. Project management, cross group collaboration, PR know-how and knowledge about how to leverage digital marketing to drive awareness and engagement with external audience.

3. Demonstrated ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. Cross-discipline collaboration.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Excellent social and interpersonal skills.

6. Fluent written & verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

7. Mature, self-driven and a good team player
