POSITION OBJECTIVES

1.Oversee human resources activities and policies according to the group and school executive level direction.

2.Supervise human resources staff as well as control compensation and benefits, employee relations, staffing, training, safety, labor relations, and employment records on campus.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责

1.全面负责校区的人力资源各模块业务工作落实；

2.根据集团人力资源管理要求和校区发展目标制定人力资源部工作计划、校区人员编制和人力资源预算；

3.指导并参与开展校区招聘、在职管理、培训、绩效薪酬核算、五险一金缴纳等各项业务的具体开展。规范工作流程和要求，服务校区管理层和员工，成为校区的HRBP；

4.开拓有效的招聘渠道，引进优质教师资源，确保校区用人需求，为校区发展提供人才保障；

5.负责外籍员工签证办理；

6.根据校区实际需要，制定新员工、老员工及各类型员工培训方案，提升员工队伍素质；

7.统筹制定各岗位绩效考核方案，并组织实施，提升教学和服务质量；

8.对竞争学校实行薪酬调研，根据校区实际情况，提供切实有效的薪酬改进建议和方案，审核校区薪酬数据；

9.为校区校长、管理层提供人员管理上的各种建议，协助解决劳动纠纷问题；

10.策划组织员工活动，促进团队建设以及完成校长交代的其他事宜。

1. Take full responsibility of implement of HR functions on campus;

2. Work out HR plans, staffing and HR related budgets according to the group HR's requirement and campus development need;

3.Oversee and participate in recruitment, on-the-job management, training, compensation & benefits management, social insurance & housing fund management and other functions, standardize the workflow and requirements, serve the campus management and employees, and become the HRBP of the campus;

4.Develop effective recruitment channels, recruiting high-quality academic resources, ensure the employment demand of the campus, and provide talent guarantee for the development of the campus;

5. Be responsible for expats' work visa application and extension;

6. According to the needs of the campus, develop training programs for new employees, existing employees and all types of employees to improve the quality of the staff;

7. Conduct performance appraisal plan and improve the quality of teaching and service;

8. Conduct salary research on competitor schools, provide effective salary improvement suggestions and plans according to the actual situation of the campus, and review the salary data of the campus;

9. Provide suggestions on HR management for school headmaster and management team, deal with labor relation issues;

10. Plan and organize staff activities, promote team building and complete other work assigned by the headmaster.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 任职要求
