The candidate is required to demonstrate a number of core skills including customer service and the abilityto reach and surpass personal sales targets. A high level of motivation selfconfidence resilience and personality is essential.


THE ROLE: To meet local and international growth objectives that model the success achieved in the Group's other business units overseas. We seek an experienced Contact Center Manager ready to take the step into an exciting role of business development, center consultancy, development and expansion. Your experience and skills will be fully utilized to grow the business through targeted client acquisition and existing sales channels. Reporting directly to the CEO you will be responsible for the immediate growth of the center and its continued sales development. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for:Leadership; Managing center operations and people performance, motivation and engagement;Relationship Management; working with existing clients to maximize our service / sales offering and working closely with Senior and Executive Management to support business outcomes;Business Development; Identifying new opportunities with existing and new customers;Strategic Planning; Comfort in producing a business case to support center growth and executing it effectively;Technology; Understanding of contact center technologies to ensure successful implementation and maximizing its potential and effectiveness.



Experience/skills needed:

Minimum 2 years of proven sales management in online call centers with Chinese clients.

Mandarin as mother tongue/English both spoken and written at a good level Cantonese would be an added advantage though not essential

Full control in computer environment
