职位描述
Assist Security Administration Manager in developing department administrative and logistical strategy and responsible for implementation, including general management, attendance, policy/process drafting, scheduling, stationary/facility/equipment distribution, training, internal/external communication, coordination of team building activities and other tasks to ensure efficient and smooth support for security operations.

· Provide coordinating service for departmental administrative matters, including logistical support, developing administrative process and policies, and being a communication channel for administrative practices within Security Operations, as well as with other company departments, or an external agency.
为部门行政事务提供协调服务,包括提供后勤支持,制定行政流程和政策,向安全运营团队成员传达行政惯例,并与公司其他部门或外部机构沟通。
· Lead and coordinate scheduling tasks to support security operations.

· Support attendance, team member performance and other statistical analysis and reporting.

· Coordinate and deliver training for the subjects in relation to administrative, scheduling and logistical matters. Assist in coordination for other training within department.

· Assist team members to understand financial reimbursement policies and support in related application and submission processes.

· Responsible for the proper and orderly classification of department files and archiving.

· Coordinate and communicate with external suppliers and internal partners to respond to administrative and logistical matters.

· Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UBR policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Industry experience: 5years+ security industry experience required, at least 3 years and above in administrative and coordinating role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Leadership: to perform this job successfully, an individual must possess strong organizational and coordination skills.

Other relevant background: He/she should have traceable experience to mature administrative logistics management capabilities.
