Job Name: HSE Representative
Location: Based in Tanggu Tianjin
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Reports directly to DH Operations Manager, responsible for all matters relating to Health, Safety and Environmental issues in DH tanggu workshop
2. Immediately report all incidents to Manager by phone and follow-up with written report by e-mail.
3. Follow up all incidents to their conclusion, continuously providing updated information to Manager via e-mail.
4. Possess very good skills in English, oral as well as written (to include reading and writing) in order to ensure there are no language problems in communicating with foreign colleagues.
5. Administer HSE programs and conduct training to cultivate Health Safety and Environmental awareness.
6. Identify/Document HSE trainings/plans for employees when necessary according to their positions, responsibilities, significant aspects, regulations and other requirements.
7. Ensure compliance of the Company's Business Ethics policies.
8. Ensure compliance of the Company's Quality, Health, Safety & Environment policies.
9.To perform any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Competencies:
- College degree, major in safety, environmental, or other relevant majors. (May be waved dependent upon practical/professional experience).
- At least two years experience in safety inspection and safety management in specific areas: machinery production, electrical,welding, cutting, hoisting etc.
- Rich on-site safety management experience in petrochemical project or machinery production company.
- Must have excellent language skills, orally and in writing in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word /Excel /Powerpoint /Outlook/)

Additional requirements:
-Familiar with relevant Chinese laws and regulations in regards to industrial HSE matters.
-Skilled and assertive in implementation, supervision and enforcement of HSE related policy, rules and regulations.
-Good communications, interpersonal and organizational skills. Willing and quick to learn, cooperative and responsible.
-Must possess a positive and responsive working attitude.
-Must have good integrity, be detail oriented and able to work under stress.
-Must be a realible self-motivated person who can work independandly.
-Excellent execution and follow-up.
-Enthusiastic, well-organized and self disciplined.
