Position Title:Field Team leader
Function/Department:Operations
Number of Reports:10
Position Purpose
l Responsible for the daily operation of the TPMs/Warehouses to provide a high level service to the onsite/off-site customers.
Major/Key Accountabilities
l Zero Harm - Implement CHEP China Zero Harm procedures with 100% compliance across the TPMs/Warehouses.
l Asset Management: Execute asset management by the docket management, reporting via ERP system, and on site audit.
l Quality Management: Control the operation quality via training and quality audit.
l Efficiency Management and Cost Control - Manage the productivities and cost efficiently to ensure the operation can run smoothly.
l Team Management-Build and maintain the operation team in TPM and warehouse. Motivate the team to reach the target of
SSQEC (Safety, Quality, Efficiency and Cost).
Measures
l Meet company Zero Harm target
l Asset safety - loss and damage in plant
l Quality criteria for conditioning
l Keep a high level productivities at a low cost

In line with authority level:
l Performance assessment for operators to decide the monthly bonus rate
l Propose to management modifications of SOPs
l Stop immediately practices which not comply 100% with Zero Harm

l Efficiency improvement and cost reduction
l Quality management for conditioning activities.
l Maintain the relationship with the onsite customer .

Academic:

l Personal: Well developed negotiation and dispute resolution skills, Strong planning and organizational skills
l Basic knowledge on mechanical engineering
l Good interpersonal and people skills
l Self-driven, result, process and teamwork oriented.
