General Responsibilities 主要工作职责
l Air export gateway billing/Cost 航线账单与成本核算
Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
l Cooperate with SHA/FEA and other branches Operation team to complete internal billing process 与上海及其他站空运出口部门合作完成内部账单流程
l Check cost from airlines/vendor/overseas which related GTW dept 核算航空公司/供应商/海外与航线有关的账单
l Cooperate with Financial department to settle payment to airlines/vendor/overseas 与财务合作完成航空公司/供应商/海外付款
l Complete billing and cost process into system 在系统中完成账单和成本录入
l Other tasks assigned by manager 完成其他由经理分配的任务
Job Requirements 任职资格
College graduate , major in related is preferable 大专以上学历，物流相关专业优先考虑
Industry knowledge for handling procedures of air freight export and Financial billing/cost了解空运出口操作流程及财务账单/成本
Above 2-3 years work experiences in industry with air export/gateway/financial, background for global forwarder will be preferable
2-3年以上空运出口/航线/财务经验，有全球运输代理工作经验者优先
