Accountabilities,

1. Continuously track information security and privacy related laws & regulations and timely analyze, mitigate and follow-up gaps between company practices and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.

2. Assist in Global Privacy policies, procedures and processes execution in China JV and ensure Privacy practice compliance with both China privacy related laws/regulations as well as MetLife Group Privacy guidance.

3. Assist Line manager to ensure routine Privacy/information security operational controls effectively and timely report privacy related compliance risk and potential risk.

4. Assist in privacy related & personal information security incidents investigation.

5. Other project or work assigned by Line manager.

Requirements,

1. Bachelor degree or above, 

2. At least 8 years’ experience in related functions in life insurance industry, fully-experienced in compliance system and regulatory requirements of life insurance company, and familiar with the business operation of life insurance company.

3. Be high integrity and honesty, diligent and dedicated, able to work under pressure.

4. Be proactive and result-oriented, good at communication and coordination, with good project management/ problem solving /analytical/learning skills, able to work carefully and meticulously.

5. Be good at planning and setting priorities, integrating and utilizing resources; team management experience required, with strong people management skills and leadership.

6. Be excellent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, proficient in Office tools, strong business reporting and presentation skills.

原联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司于2005年8月10日在上海正式成立，公司注册资本5亿元人民币（08年追加到7亿元人民币），由上海联和投资有限公司和美国大都会集团下属公司各持50%股份组建而成。
上海联和投资和美国大都会人寿同时是总部在上海的联泰大都会人寿的股东，这样中美大都会人寿与联泰大都会人寿两家公司正式合并。合并后新公司的名称为“中美联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司”，简称“大都会人寿”。
