Purpose: 

Provide full-cycle recruitment service and meet the hiring needs at professional to manager levels. Take a broad and analytical view to work with hiring managers from local to global, and provide recruitment consultations and services.

Drive recruitment excellence under the guidance of Talent Acquisition Lead.

Responsibilities: 

- Be responsible for a complete recruitment cycle during his/her daily work, including but not limited to job posting, job launching call, sourcing and selection, candidate presentation, interview arrangement and offer management until the candidate gets onboard.

- Attract, identify candidates with a variety of recruitment methodologies, such as internal and external posting, referral activities, direct sourcing through job boards and social media.

- Build up and maintain a positive relationship with hiring managers, HR business partners, candidates and recruitment vendors.

- Develop a robust talent pool in database, drive data accuracy and consistency as per required.

- Participate in the external recruitment fairs and events periodically, build a strong network, business acumen and market intelligence.

- Support various recruitment projects as per request, such as employer branding, process and policy optimization, system optimization, campus recruitment, etc

Requirements: 

- Bachelor degree or above.

- Solid recruiting experience from MNC or renowned recruitment agency.

- Proven track record in fulfilling the assigned requisitions with the KPIs of lead time, cost per hire and customer satisfaction.

- Possess good know-how and sourcing skills for major job boards and social media.

- Good interpersonal skills with sound communication, being able to interface customers and vendors independently.

- Be proactive, humble aggressive and have a strong sense of urgency.
