职位描述
Job Description:
1. Implement and realize the guidelines for purchasing and procurement of packaging material in Asia.
2. Realize the process definitions for returnable and expendables together with Asian plants.
3. Functional help for Management on Empties in Asia.
4. Responsible for packaging database Asia side.
5. Concept for returnable pool in China.
6. Define and promote China/Asia Packaging Strategy.
7. Realize the strategic definitions of the practiced packaging technics and the use of packaging material in Asia.
8. Transfer the guidelines for technical requirements and test criteria's in Asia.
9. Invention of creative component packaging in Asia.
10. Functional lead of the packaging engineers in Asia.
11. Cover the guideline competence for packaging technics in Asia.
12. Define, maintain and promote China/Asia Packaging Guideline.
13. China Customer Returnable Packaging Initiative.
14. China Expendable Packaging Tendering.
15. China Supplier Packaging Improvement.
16. Take cost savings initiative to reduce packaging cost in Asia region.
Job Requirements:
1. Preferably with more than 5 years of relevant working experience in training or workshop organization.
2. Demonstrated understanding of SCM training concept, especially familiar with SCM operation process.
3. Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule, manage and control costs whilst maintaining internal and external training program.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially with Asian and Western European colleagues.
