Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the sales team and coach AE:
a. Drive sales team to meet and exceed annual business targets.
b. Have a strong willing and capability to develop people.
2. To create and maintain strong customers intimacy and interact with national &local opinion leaders ;
3. Implement tailored Marketing program in Beijing to Improved PD awareness and capability in clinical practice in targeted market; Work out local sales initiatives to accelerate business growth according to field situation;
4. Manage area OPEX and all sales behaviors to optimize the resources and process
5. Work with Commercial/GA team to set up tender strategy & distribution strategy and implement
6. Keep close communication with all relevant departments to make sure the SOP would be complied.
Requirement:
1. University degree; preferred major in clinical or medical field.
2. At least five years experience for sales team management.
3. Aggressive business attitude and a proven track record of driving sales.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Established KOL/hospital network in Beijing will be a plus
6. Good computer skills and English language skills.
