职位描述
招自行车品质工程师一位，工作地点天津一带，需经常出差去供应商。
薪资7K-9K，13薪。
需能用英语为工作语言（至少能邮件沟通），有自行车行业经验优先但不是必须。

本职位为代印尼Insera公司招聘。
Duties and Responsibilities
?Work with cross-function team to define inspection standard.
?Perform IQC/IPQC/OQC on site, make decision on product improvement and production shipment, submit inspection report to the team.
?Support the NPD process and manage the NPI process at Supplier.
?Support the Product Readiness activities for new products at Supplier.
?Supplier FAI & IPQC & OQC process issue follow up, drive root cause analysis (8D) at supplier and ensure closed loop with purchasing and quality team
?Lead continuous improvement project from quality perspective
?Improve supplier quality system by regular quality process audit.
?Monitor supplier in-house testing and review results,
?New suppliers or new supplier sites audit/assessments
?Provide QC Manager with regular reporting of Supplier Ongoing Product Quality performance.
?Feedback to team of supplier's potential risk caused by the change on people, machine, material, method and environment.
?Ensure that the QC Manager and appropriate senior management are immediately informed of serious quality problems.
Qualifications
?College/Bachelor degree in Electronics or Mechanical.
?Fluent in verbal and written English
?Very structured and detail oriented.
?Min. 3 years Quality engineer experience.
?Be familiar with quality tools like QC 7 tools, FMEA and MSA etc.,
?Well developed organizing and communication skills.
?Well developed problem solving skills
?Experience on hardware product inspection. Experience on bicycle is preferred.
?Experience on welding and painting is preferred.
?Experience on Supplier Quality Management skills, be able to conduct supplier process audit.
?Experienced with manufacturing and process quality improvement and product qualification.
?Over 80% travelling between suppliers is need for this position.
?High degree of initiative, accountability and ability to work with minimal instruction.
?ISO9001 auditor certified or trained is preferred.
