职位描述
This position is based in Hangzhou Branch
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Branch's HR activities and strategies;
- Act as a business partner for HZ GM and proactively interface with GM to understand and support in HR issues;
- Conduct the recruitment activities and follow up the whole hiring process;
- Provide professional advice and support to management on the appropriate handling of employee compliant, non-performer management,lay-off, etc;
- Responsible for preparation and execution of HR policy in accordance with local government regulation as well as bank's strategic plans;
- Cooperate with HQ HR to perform other work tasked by Hangzhou GM;
- Responsible for the coordination between internal and external relevant staff.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in HR or related discipline
- 8 years+ relevant experience in financial industries preferably in HR generalist role
- With sound supervisory experience in HR function
- Knowledgeable on local employment labor law
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong multi-task skills and detail oriented
- Result-focused
- Proficient MS-office skills
