职位描述
根据候选人资历给予工程师或经理的岗位
Responsibilities职责:
1. Establish weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans, prioritize sales activities to ensure all sales targets are met. 合理安排周、月、季度及年度销售计划,优化销售活动,保证销售指标的完成。
2. Prepare customer visit plan according to company requirements, maintain positive relationship with existing customers to generate future sales and repeat business. 按照公司要求准备客户拜访计划,维持与现有客户的积极客勤关系,稳定销售并实现增长。
3. Develop new customers of both direct clients and dealers, assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services to realize new sales opportunities. 发展新的直接客户和经销商客户,评估客户需求并合理推荐产品和服务,开拓新的销售机遇。
4. Timely complete sales reports in CRM system, ensure accuracy and completeness of information provided. 及时在CRM系统内完成销售报告,保证所提供信息的准确性和完整性。
5. Negotiate prices and delivery terms within authority, conclude orders to meet sales targets. 在权限范围内进行价格和发货条款谈判,完成订单实现销售目标。
6. Actively communicate with departments such as Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance to follow up order delivery, receiving, payment and AR. 积极与客户服务、供应链、财务等部门沟通,跟进订单发货、收货、付款和应收账款等事宜。
7. Well manage price and gross margin in the responsible territory by following company pricing policies. 遵循公司定价政策,妥善管理所辖区域内的产品价格和利润。
8. Provide product training to customers. 为客户提供产品培训。
9. Collect information about market trend, customer feedback, competitor activities etc. and share with the organization so it can response to the changing market conditions and customer demands. 收集并汇报市场趋势、客户反馈、竞品动向等信息,以便公司能快速应对市场变化及客户需求。
10. Properly handle customer complaints. 妥善处理客户投诉。
Qualification任职资格:
- Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a sales related role. 三年以上销售从业经验。
- Experienced in Key Account Management. 有大客户管理经验。
- Experience with distributor development or project development is a plus. 有经销商开发或工程项目开发经验者优先。
- Working experience in furniture, kitchen & bath industry is a plus. 有家具、厨卫行业从业经验者优先。
- Passionate in sales, self-driven and result oriented. 对销售有热情,自我驱动,结果导向。
- Curious, fast learner, interested in technical topics. 有求知欲,学习能力强,对技术话题感兴趣
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的沟通及人际交往技巧。
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. 出色的演讲和谈判技巧。
- Strong sense of integrity and business ethics. 诚实,商业道德观念强。
- Good English level is a plus. 英语水平佳者优先考虑。
- Chinese driving license holder. 持有中国驾照。
