主要工作职责:
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES/DUTIES:
1. 为了增加最终设备的销售,按公司要求对最终用户进行拜访或设备演示;
Call on and demonstrate to endusers with defined frequency in China, in order to influence sale of equipment.
2. 无论分销商是否在场,在演示中或产品推广活动中必须向最终用户充分展示公司产品的特点和好处,以便对最终用户的订单产生良好的影响力;
Work with or without distributors, have sales events to end-users, present features and benefits of Graco CED products by providing demonstrations, in order to convert end-users and influence sale of equipment.
3. 与公司指定的分销商一起为达成公司的目标制定和修改责任区域内的销售和市场战略;
Work with assigned distribution channels to define and develop sales and marketing strategies that meet the distribution channels as well as Graco’ objectives.
4. 向分销商介绍并展示公司现有的、改进的或新的产品,以增长市场份额;
Present current, upgraded and new products and sales promotion to distributors to increase sales and market share.
5. 为分销商提供相应的公司产品及应用知识的培训,以保证其具备向最终用户推荐公司最好产品的能力;
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of CED equipments and applications. Through training, develop distribution personnel's skills in making the best equipment recommendations to end-users.
6. 为分销渠道的增加、减少、升级提供建议;
Make recommendations on adding/deleting/upgrading distribution.
7. 评估分销商的销售业绩和行动计划;
Evaluate distributor performance and action items.
8. 收集并汇报竞争对手的情况;
Check and reports on competitors' activities.
9. 按时递交销售活动、客户拜访报告和出差报告,以及主管要求递交的其它报告;
Submit timely and complete hunter report, visit/trip report, and other paperwork as required by his supervisor.
10. 收集新产品或产品改进需求,并向管理层建议;
Identify new product or product modification requirements, and make recommendations to management.
11. 主管按公司政策和制度交办的任务;
Manage assigned responsibilities in compliance with Graco policies and procedures.
12. 临时交办的任务.
Performs other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical engineering, e/e, or other technical field.
机械、化工工程或其它相关技术专业本科学历;
2. 3-5 year selling experience or above
3年以上销售经验;
3. Leadership and business management skills
具备业务管理及人员管理的技巧;
4. Self-motivated, detail oriented, eager to achieve target in business target
自我激励型、注重细节并渴望达成工作目标的;
5. Effective oral, written and presentation skills.
较好的口头及书面表达能力;
6. Willing to travel frequently.
能适应经常出差;
7. Familiar with MS-Offices Operation
熟悉微软办公软件的操作;
8. Drive License (class C) is needed.
