PURPOSE OF JOB:

The purpose of the CED Sales Specialist is responsible for Graco CED defined products sale by jobsite DEMOSTRATIONS in an assigned geographic area, developing and maintaining a profitable customer base for Graco CED defined products by jobsite DEMOSTRATION and working with end users in order to meet sales and contribution objectives, and increase and improve end user awareness of Graco capability.
现场演示销售专员负责在指定区域内,就固瑞克公司的建筑类产品,对终端客户进行现场演示,以达到销售人员及经销商的销售目标,从而增加并提高终端客户对公司产品的认识及操作能力。
1. Increase sales and market share by conducting jobsite demonstrations to painters / contractors / property owners or material suppliers.
通过对油漆工、承包商、业主及原材料供应商的现场产品演示,从而提高销售业绩并增加市场份额
2. Be a functional and hands-on expert for Graco Contractor Products.
熟练掌握Graco CED各类设备操作技能
3. Conducting successful demonstrations of products and materials to qualify key sales opportunities.
通过成功的现场产品演示达到销售业绩

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES/DUTIES:
主要工作职责:
1. Call on and visit job sites, contractors and other customers on a daily basis, identify all application opportunities for Graco CED defined products, make proper equipment selection and demonstrate the product features and benefits to customers, in order to influence sale of equipment.
通过电话及实地拜访工作场地、承包商及其他潜在客户,确认为Graco CED目标客户后,选择合适的Graco CED设备并且现场演示其性能特点及优势,促成产品销售;
2. Work with or without distributors, have sales events to end-users, present features and benefits of Graco CED products by providing demonstrations, in order to convert end-users and influence sale of equipment.
与经销商合作或直接向终端客户现场演示公司建筑类设备性能特点及优势,促成产品销售
3. Present current, upgraded and new products and sales promotion to distributors to increase sales and market share.
向经销商介绍各类型产品及促销活动,以增加销售额及市场份额
4. Through training, develop distribution personnel's skills in making the best equipment recommendations to end-users.
通过对经销商进行产品培训,使其同样能够对终端客户做最好的产品介绍
5. Check and reports on competitors' activities.
关注并分析竞争对手动向
6. Submit timely and complete monthly activity report, visit/trip report, and other paperwork as required by BD Manager, including activity reports.
定期向上级递交各类月度工作报告
7. Identify new product or product modification requirements, and make recommendations to management.
定期向上级建议新产品及产品改进方案
8. Set up, demonstrate, and clean up demo equipment after every demonstration or test performed.
负责整个现场产品演示或现场测试工作,包括产品调整、现场操作及后期清洁
9. Submit clear, accurate, and timely demontration reports and test reports to supervisor.
定期向上级汇报现场演示报告及测试报告
10. Submit clear, accurate and timely memo account statement to supervisor.
定期向上级汇报财务报告
11. Well maintain all demo equipment, parts and accessories in good conditions.
维护各类演示设备及设备零部件
12. Well maintain demo van(s) in good condition
妥善维护演示车
13. Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

基本要求:
1. Technical School Graduted in mechanical, chemical engineering, e/e, or other technical field.
中专学历以上,机械工程或其他工程技术专业
2. 2 year technical and selling experience or above.
2年以上工程技术及销售工作经验
3. Good hands-on capabilities.
良好的实际操作、动作能力
4. Effective oral, written and presentation skills.
良好口语及书面表达能力
5. Willing to drive around all day.
能适应较长时间的驾驶
6. Familiar with MS-Offices (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) Operation
熟练掌握MS-office软件
7. Drive License (B class) is needed.
B照驾驶执照(此岗位公司配车)
