Accountabilities:

     1. Regularly visiting customers and identifying new business opportunities;

     2.Maintaining and developing business relationships within and across customer’s organization, with national wide coverage;

     3.Establishing long-term strategic partnership with clients, doing account management, bidding management and contract negotiation;

     4.Offering price and conducting sales negotiation through analysis of business structure in terms of revenue and cost;

     5.Achieving the sales target assigned by the company on monthly/yearly basis;

     6.Working together with Customer Service, Operation and Project team to ensure service excellence;

     7.Sharing valuable market information within the team and the network for management strategic decision making;

     8.Developing extensive knowledge of the clients’ industry, understanding their end-to-end customers and their critical business issues, including finance, operation and the supply chain;

     9.Constantly reviewing with customers on achievement of performance outcomes including collation of customer agreed KPI’s;

   10.Handling contract renewal or any new RFQ ( Request For Quotation ) tendered for incremental business from the accounts.

     Requirements:

     1.Bachelor degree, major in Logistics/Sales Marketing related preferred.

     2. 5 years relevant working experience.

     3. Familiar with local business environment and international business development trends, good sense of the industry development trend and requirements;

     4. Familiar with international logistics operation environment preferred;

     5. Project management skill, ability to find and develop new business and to write up logistics solution proposal.

     6. Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, leading, optimistic personality and capable to work in team.

     7. Good command of English (written & spoken), excellent presentation skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     8. Good PC skills, eg. Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
